Netdrive
The NetDrive feature is designed for storing and sharing files, which you can also share with your contacts and colleagues, on the Managed UC cloud. This ensures you always have access to the right files.
Topics
The Topics feature is the ideal tool for collaborative projects. In Topics, you create topics and then discuss the content via chat with contacts of your choice.
Wall
Sometimes a message doesn't require a colleague to respond. Share these kinds of short, personal messages on your Wall. Just as your colleagues can follow your Wall, you can follow your colleagues' Walls. Convenient, right?
Notifications
In Notifications, you can share short messages as notifications with the people or groups you want. Reminders, quick feedback, and shared conversation calendars are useful examples.
Phonebook
With Phonebook, you can manage your external contacts and easily label them as, for example, customer, business associate, or personal contact. You can also easily add new contacts.
Q Board
Q Board is an add-on now available to every Managed UC user. This add-on provides real-time visibility into call queues, ensuring users never lose track of their call occupancy.
